Booking

• A contract will exist between us once you have made your booking with us, paid your deposit and we have issued you with our booking confirmation.

• Please feel free to book your choice of online service by forwarding the total cost.

Cancelation

• In the case of cancelation, it can be done with 4 weeks prior to the trip and we are able to refund half of the money.

• All clients are responsible to present a valid passport or other legal or medical requirements stated by the country which the holiday is planed.

Travel Insurance

• All clients require travel insurance in case of any emergency and a proof of evidence will be required with at list 21 week prior to the departing date.

• We will have the right to cancel your trip and make no refunds if you do not present in the travel insurance cover.

Health & Safety

• While on holiday, the tour guide has the right to band the client of he or she is unfit to participate in the activities presented in the itinerary or as per the holiday requirements.

Regulations

•  The Crawford Travel Agency is a private retailer that provides travel and tourism related services to the public on behalf of the suppliers such as hotels, travel arrangements, trips and package tours which are to be sold online. All the clients must adhere to the rules of the accommodation and the counties rules.

 

• Crawford Travel intends to provide all the trips arrangements that were confirmed, but we retain the right to change anything, make the necessary adjustments or even cancel the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances. Depending on the case a full refund or other arrangement will be done.
